Welcome. I have been working in the field of mental health since 1997. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon and Washington, offering individual Mental Health Therapy virtually and in-person to clients 18 years of age and up.

It feels like an honor to live in the Pacific Northwest and I enjoy getting out into nature as often as I can. love hiking, gardening & enjoying good food with loved ones. I also love music, poetry and dancing. As an avid sports fan I cheer for my favorite home team, the Portland Thorns.
