It is a great honor to partner with clients during their healing process. My role as a Mental Health Therapist feels like a sacred one, and I am grateful for the trust my clients share with me. My work engaging, teaching and facilitating trainings for groups and organizations is equally satisfying and truly a role I enjoy.

I find great solace in natural areas and enjoy getting out into our beautiful NW forests, rivers and oceans to explore, play and rest.  I feel very fortunate to have lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. I am a big sports fan, and a loyal Thorns follower.  I believe it's important to enjoy good food, to spend time with the people we love and for each of us to find our own unique ways to be present in our lives.

I am a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago with both my undergraduate Bachelors degree in Social Work, as well as my Masters degree of Social Work degree. I have extensive training on the interconnectedness of the mind and body, as well as somatic healing practices. I have been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon since 2005.

I am certified in Brainspotting and find this modality to be a very important offering to my clients.
